WASHINGTON D.C. (ADAMS) – The White House hopes new actions will help prevent the spread of COVID-19 over the winter months.
The Biden administration says Americans can order four more free COVID tests per household.

The administration will also be collaborating with communities to open up mobile vaccination sites and will provide more support to nursing homes and long-term care facilities to protect the most vulnerable.
COVID-19 cases have been rising across the country in recent weeks. They’ve resulted in at least 3,000 deaths this month.
The White House COVID Response Coordinator, Dr. Ashish Jha told ABC’s This Week that 90 percent of the country is seeing a rise in COVID cases and hospitalizations. Dr. Jha says everyone should get a yearly booster to be safe.
