FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – Fort Wayne police say a man is dead following a crash Wednesday afternoon.
Police say it happened just before 1 p.m. at Coliseum and Goshen when a passenger vehicle was trying to turn onto Coliseum when the bike was heading west.
The car and the motorcycle collided. The driver of the car was not hurt but the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. He was identified as Joshua Scott Pasztor, 32 of Fort Wayne.

The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating a fatal traffic accident that occurred Oct. 6th, 2021 at approximately 12:47pm in front of 1010 W. Coliseum Blvd. Preliminary investigation indicates that a motorcycle was traveling west on W. Coliseum Blvd. and a silver Toyota Corolla was attempting a left turn (east bound) onto W. Coliseum Blvd. from the plaza located at 1010 W. Coliseum Blvd.
The vehicles collided in the middle of the roadway. The driver of the Toyota, an adult male was uninjured. The motorcycle rider, an adult male was pronounced deceased at the scene by paramedics. Life saving measures were attempted on the motorcycle rider, but were unsuccessful. The motorcycle rider was wearing a helmet.
The Fatal Accident Crash Team made the scene and took over the investigation. This incident is also under investigation by the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Coroner’s Office.

The Allen County Coroner’s Office has identified, and made notifications to the next of kin of the deceased individual that was involved in a motorcycle versus motor vehicle crash in the 1100 Block of West Coliseum Boulevard, in Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana, at about 12:47 hours, Wednesday, October 6, 2021. He has been identified as Joshua Scott Pasztor, male, white, age 32, of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Joshua Scott Pasztor was the operator of a motorcycle traveling at high rate of speed which collided with a motor vehicle that was making a left turn from a private drive. Mr. Pasztor was pronounced deceased at the scene by Three Rivers Ambulance Authority.
Joshua Scott Pasztor Cause of Death is Multiple Blunt Force Injuries due to Motorcycle Versus Motor Vehicle Crash, and the Manner of Death is Accident Joshua Scott Pasztor’s is the 38th traffic fatality for Fort Wayne and Allen County in 2021. The incident remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department, the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Allen County Coroner’s Office.
