FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – The Fort Wayne Police Department Air Support Unit is issuing an alert to drone pilots and hobbyists about two events coming soon to Fort Wayne.
The upcoming 4th of July Fireworks and the Three Rivers Festival from July 9th to July 16th will both be public events, in the city’s downtown aerial district and will also fall under the city drone ordinance.
Both events require that the drone form on the City of Fort Wayne’s website be completed for drone operations in the aerial district.
