FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – It’s attempted murder charges in Fort Wayne for a woman who police say beat her child’s father with a baseball bat.
WANE-TV says that Allen County Prosecutors formally charged 28-year-old Brittany Shears yesterday.
Investigators say she split the man’s skull open during a fight outside his home back in mid-July.
Court documents say the man must now wear a helmet and use a walker to get around.
