Local Verizon store to appreciate customers, community

COLUMBIA CITY, Ind. (ADAMS) – A local retailer will spend this Saturday appreciating customers and the community while hoping to give back.

The Wireless Zone Verizon authorized retail store in Columbia City will hold a “Customer Appreciation Day” event this Saturday, June 11.

To give back to customers across the area, and to help local businesses engage with their neighbors outside of business transactions, the Wireless Zone retail store at 289 W. Walker Way, Suite 1 in Columbia City is hosting a day-long Customer Appreciation Day event that includes local businesses across the community.

The event runs from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. EST this Saturday. Also, the event will hold a food drive for Community Harvest Food Bank in Fort Wayne where patrons are encouraged to donate canned goods to help their neighbors in need.

Community members are invited to visit the local Wireless Zone store where they can enjoy food, music, and entertainment, along with special prizes from other local businesses. Participating businesses include Black Dog Pub, HILTY BUILDINGS, Jimmy Johns, Poptique, Old World Fudge and Whatcha Grindin’.
