MISHAWAKA, Ind. (ADAMS) – The former Mishawaka Police Department building on North Church Street will become a wine bar and a corporate office space.
The building is over 30,000 square feet and two stories tall.
The first floor will be the wine bar with outdoor seating on the St. Joseph River, while upstairs will become the new headquarters for Cressy Real Estate.
