DELPHI, Ind. (ADAMS) – The sheriff in Delphi is telling people not to get too worked-up over the latest possible suspect in Libby German and Abby Williams’ murders.

Carroll County Sheriff Tobe Leazenby says people don’t need to make 55-year-old Paul Etter the new main suspect in the case.

Investigators in Delphi are comparing Etter’s DNA with evidence from their case. Etter killed himself last month during a police standoff while being investigated for kidnapping in Tippecanoe County. Sheriff Leazenby says Etter is not a priority in the case, but says they are looking into him nonetheless.
