Kelsea Ballerini just announced a brand new collaboration with Noah Kahan. And you won’t have to wait very long to hear it. Ballerini’s duet with the chart-topping folk-country star is called, ‘Cowboys Cry Too,’ and the single will be released on Friday, June 28th. The song arrives after the musicians teased its release on social media, with Ballerini sharing a series of mysterious photos on Instagram, one of which featured a picture of a pair of boots she mailed to Kahan with a note that read, “Hey…you a cowboy yet?” Noah then replied, “Nah I cry too much.”
On Ballerini’s Instagram announcement of her new single and cover art, the country superstar said, “cowboys cry too with the incredible @noahkahanmusic out friday. so proud and excited to release this first song in a new chapter of music.” “Cowboys Cry Too” is the first taste of new music from Ballerini’s forthcoming album, which does not have a title or a release date as of yet.
