ELKHART, Ind. (ADAMS) – There are questions to be answered about a deadly officer-involved shooting in Elkhart. It happened early yesterday morning at a liquor store.
Elkhart Police responded to a call about a man trying to break into the store, when they arrived police say there was a ‘confrontation.’
At some point, officers shot and killed the man. Elkhart Police say the man had a gun, but it’s unclear if he fired at officers.
